Currency and checkout

During launch, all markets check out in JPY. This helps keep storefront pricing and checkout pricing aligned. If you are shopping from outside Japan, your card issuer will convert the charge according to its own exchange rate and fee policy.

Shipping origin

Japan orders are prioritized from Osaka Warehouse when stock is available there. Orders to the United States and Europe ship from China Warehouse during launch. Delivery timing may vary by destination, customs handling, and seasonal volume.

Gift-ready orders

Eligible styles may include gift-ready presentation, depending on the product. If gifting matters for a specific order, note it at checkout and make sure the product page shows the gift-ready indicator.

Care guide

To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid water, perfume, and prolonged friction. Wipe gently after wear and store each piece separately. When available, product-specific care notes are shown on the product page.
