Custom Studio is where Crystal Atelier moves from ready-made pieces into more personal design choices. The goal is not to make the process feel intimidating. It is to make customization feel clear, polished, and genuinely useful for customers who want something a little closer to their own taste or moment.

Level 01: Standard custom choices

This first layer is designed for customers who want a softer entry into customization. Typical requests include stone choice, color balance, and length or size adjustments. It works well for self-gifting, personal styling, and lighter occasion purchases where the customer wants more say without moving into a full design process.

Use this route when you already like the overall silhouette and simply want it to feel more like yours.

Level 02: One-to-one design requests

This second layer is reserved for customers who need more guidance or a more personal result. That may include milestone gifts, commemorative jewelry, or pieces with a stronger emotional story. Here, the request begins with a one-to-one conversation around styling, materials, tone, and intended occasion.

The emphasis stays on beauty, wearability, and material character rather than symbolism-heavy storytelling.

How to approach a request

When reaching out, it helps to know which service level fits your idea, what stone colors or finishes you are drawn to, and whether the piece is for yourself or for gifting. If sizing or length matters, include those details from the start so the recommendation can stay practical.

For Japan orders, available stock is prioritized from Osaka when possible. During launch, all markets check out in JPY so the shopping path stays consistent.
